My Uncle & Aunt took me out for lunch today, we went to a restaurant called Reef in Terrigal and it was so surreal. The food was incredible and the view was absolutely stunning. Imagine sitting and eating your lunch with this in front of you?

It was a really swanky restaurant. Really swanky.

I had the most amazing meal pictured below. Honestly to die for…

Starter: rosemary crusted lamb backstrap, served with eggplant purée, crispy chickpeas & tomatoes

Main: fillet steak served with potato sage gnocchi, asparagus, wild mushrooms, parsley purée & mustard butter

Dessert: triple choc brownie served with grilled peach, white choc mousse, chilli caramel popcorn, hazelnut soil & walnut cream

Omg!! Incredible.

After lunch we visited a place called ‘The Entrance’ which is basically just a place where the Pacific Ocean meets with other seas, etc.

Whilst here I went to the Pelican Plaza!! It was feeding time for the Pelican’s and they were incredible.

Feeding time is 3:30pm daily & by 3:15pm, the Pelican’s are hanging around and waiting for their fish. How crazy that they can tell what time it is??
